USITT27 Annual Conference & Stage Expo in Baltimore | March 17-20, 2027

Submit a Special Exhibit for USITT27
Special Exhibits are located throughout the conference center and offer an opportunity to show off a project or event. USITT will cover the cost of location and power needs at the conference center. Any other expenses will need to be covered by the producing organization/ exhibitor, including transport of any exhibit materials to and from the conference. 

Any proposals must include: title, description of the exhibit. Details of needs, including space (footprint/wall space), tech needs (any av or interactive elements), and if there is a performance/ session component. Description of why this should be showcased.
