FROM LOS ANGELES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT:

Take the San Diego Freeway (405) south to the Long Beach Freeway (710). Go south on the Long Beach Freeway to the Downtown Exits. (710 then becomes Shoreline Drive). Follow Shoreline Drive to Linden Avenue and into the parking lot, or as advised by directional signage.


FROM LONG BEACH AIRPORT:

Take Lakewood Boulevard south to the San Diego Freeway (405). Take the San Diego Freeway (405) north to the Long Beach Freeway (710). Go south on the Long Beach Freeway to the Downtown Exits. (710 then becomes Shoreline Drive). Follow Shoreline Drive to Linden Avenue and into the parking lot, or as advised by directional signage.


FROM THE JOHN WAYNE (ORANGE COUNTY) AIRPORT:

Take the San Diego Freeway (405) north to the Long Beach Freeway (710). Go south on the Long Beach Freeway to the Downtown Exits. (710 then becomes Shoreline Drive). Follow Shoreline Drive to Linden Avenue and into the parking lot or as advised by directional signage.


FROM SOUTHERN ORANGE COUNTY:

Take the Santa Ana Freeway (5) north to the San Diego Freeway (405). Take the San Diego Freeway (405) north to the Long Beach Freeway (710). Go south on the Long Beach Freeway to the Downtown Exits. (710 then becomes Shoreline Drive). Follow Shoreline Drive to Linden Avenue and into the parking lot or as advised by directional signage.


FROM NORTH ORANGE COUNTY AND THE VALLEYS:

San Gabriel & Pomona Valleys take the Orange Freeway (57) or San Gabriel Freeway (605) to the Riverside Freeway (91) to the Long Beach Freeway (710). Go south on the Long Beach Freeway to the Downtown Exits. (710 then becomes Shoreline Drive). Follow Shoreline Drive to Linden Avenue and into the parking lot or as advised by directional signage.

Ride Share Services

Rideshare apps are the most reliable way to get around Long Beach. We recommend downloading the apps before you arrive so you can grab a ride from the airport!

Public Transportation

Looking for a quick and easy way to and around Long Beach without the hassle and haggle of traffic and parking rates? There are a number of smart public transportation options available.

Metro LinkTake the Metro Blue Line, L.A.'s first light rail transit system, which runs from 7th Street in Downtown L.A. to downtown Long Beach. Bicycles are allowed on Metro Rail with some restrictions during peak hours, and bicycle racks are available first-come, first-served basis on Metro buses.

Long Beach Transit: Take advantage of the city's public transportation services available both on land and water! For only $1.25, per one-way fare, Long Beach Transit links you up with local destinations such as Belmont Shore, Alamitos Bay, and Cal State Long Beach.

Parking at the Center

The Terrace Theater Parking Garage is generally open for theater events and has 700 parking spaces. The Arena Parking Garage is open for conventions, tradeshows, and arena events and has 1,200 spaces. The Promenade Parking Garage is open for conventions, tradeshows, and special events and has 400 spaces. The Main Parking Lot along Shoreline Drive has 1,900 spaces.

Paid parking is available for all events at each lot located at the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center.

Accessible Parking: Once you purchase your parking pass, designated spaces are available for our guests with disabilities and are van accessible. Vehicles utilizing accessible parking lots must display appropriate placard, tabs, or license plates. All of our center's lots are ADA accessible. Spaces cannot be reserved and are first-come first first-served.

EV Passport Parking: Purchase a regular parking pass and then drive to one of the EV Passport spots. Use your camera on your smartphone to scan the QR code to pay for your charging session. To end the charging session, simply unplug your vehicle.

Overnight RV parking or camping is prohibited at the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center unless otherwise noted on a specific event’s information page. Any special requests should reach out to the parking department of the Long Beach Convention Center.


PAID PARKING

Parking is $15.00 per day with no in-and-out privileges. Rates may differ by event. Special Events rates may apply. No overnight parking. 


Hold On to Your Parking Ticket
When you enter the garage, you’ll receive a ticket. Keep it with you—you’ll need it when it’s time to pay. Guests can pay at kiosks located throughout the campus before heading back to their vehicle, or pay at the exit gate using a credit/debit card.

Automated Ticketing System
The Center utilizes a fully automated ticketing system. Tickets are dispensed at entry and must be paid before exiting - either at a kiosk or at the gate using a credit/debit card.

Payment Options
Guests have several convenient ways to pay for parking:

  • On-Site Kiosks: Multiple kiosks are located throughout the campus and accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
  • Cash Payments: Cash is accepted at select kiosks located in the Convention Center Promenade Lobby and near the Arena Box Office.
  • Mobile Payment: Prefer to skip the kiosk? Download the ACE Parking app to pay directly from your phone.
  • Pay at the Gate: Guests paying at the gate may do so with a credit or debit card only.
