Submit a Special Exhibit for USITT26
Special exhibits are located throughout the conference center and offer an opportunity to show off a project or event. USITT will cover the cost of location and power needs at the conference center. Any other expenses will need to be covered by the producing organization/ exhibitor, including transport of any exhibit materials to and from the conference.
Any proposals must include: title, description of the exhibit. Details of needs including space (foot print/ wall space), tech needs (any av or interactive elements), if there is a performance/ session component. Description of why this should be showcased.
