PRIMP:  Portfolio Reviews & Interview Materials Prep Volunteer Opportunity

Are you heading to Conference in March? We are seeking volunteers to assist with the planning and logistics for PRIMP, our Portfolio Reviews & Interview Materials Prep opportunity. During PRIMP, participants get the chance to receive feedback on what they would share at a job interview, as well as the opportunity to network with two others in their field doing the reviewing.

We are seeking two levels of volunteers to help organize this event prior to conference. Past PRIMP experience on either side of the table is helpful, but not required:

Overall PRIMP Organizers: For this year, work in conjunction with Erin Joy Swank on logistics of the event in general. This includes working with the commission volunteers below, maintaining standards across areas and working with national staff to create sign ups, assist the room setup, and be a point person for conference volunteers onsite.

Commission Level volunteers: Help find, vet and schedule reviewers; update area guidelines;  and get the word out. During conference, the commission volunteers work with the lead organizers after nightly sign up deadlines, sending confirmation notices of any changes to reviewers and assuring backup reviewers are available.
