Resume Doctors

Are you looking for a way to be more involved on the Expo Floor? A way to give back? A way to scout new talent? Then sign up to volunteer at the Resume Doctors Booth!

 

Resume Doctors is staffed by professional volunteers with hiring, human resources, and management experience. Each hour long shift will have four volunteers that spend 10-15 minutes reviewing an attendees resume and giving feedback about what works, what changes should be considered, what trends are popping up in the industry, etc. For attendees, this is a first come, first served, opportunity; however, we encourage attendees to get feedback from multiple volunteers if they have the time.

Portfolio Reviews & Interview Materials Prep (PRIMP)


Let us help you put your best foot forward for that next job interview or tenure application with a little PRIMPing: Portfolio Reviews & Interview Materials Prep. All ages of job seekers — not just students – with experience in design, technology, management and/or education are invited to have your work samples reviewed by professionals at USITT23. Portfolio Reviews are staffed by numerous members throughout the Institute. All reviews are located in the Conference Center in room 231.

All applicants must be either individual USITT members or registered for the Conference (Stage Expo only passes are not applicable). Portfolio Reviews are staffed by numerous members throughout the Institute; volunteers who sign up by February 24, completing all requirements, will have bios listed online. Presenters who sign up by February 24th will be guaranteed a slot.
