What should you do if you or your staff are experiencing burnout? In this session, with the help of Organizational Psychology expert Dr. Adam Vanhove, panelists will share research regarding minimizing burnout. A group discussion about the application of these techniques will follow. Finally, participants will be invited to participate in a study measuring the effectiveness of burnout mitigation techniques in theatre.
