OISTAT, as a global community of theater and live event makers, exists for integration, interaction and exchange between individuals distant from each other in time and/or space. It is in the global context that local issues emerge - and influences that, seemingly distant, impact on personal life and daily activities, work, relationships and creative energy. This roundtable invites you to address, reflect and even propose actions on local and global aspects that address connectivity, diversity, accessibility, resilience and empowerment. Thinking of community development as a bond that holds and nurtures communities together in the context of a turbulent and changing world.
