All in-person conference events will be held at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Grapevine, TX. Registration begins at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 19, 2022. Conference activities kick off with an opening general session at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday and end at noon on Friday, July 22.
Reservations must be made by Wednesday, June 27, 2022, to receive the SREB room rate. If you are attending the in-person conference, please reserve your rooms early, as the SREB block tends to sell out quickly.
Conference hotels require a one-night deposit for each room reservation. By Wednesday, June 27, 2022, each room must list each occupant’s name and a valid method of payment for the one-night deposit. Credit cards and checks are considered valid methods of payment; school purchase orders will not be accepted.
Refunds will be given only if cancellations are made at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled date of arrival.
