Sponsor Levels
All Sponsorship levels include:
o Name of the institution and logo on signage at the 2022 Institute
o Acknowledgment in Institute Program
o Tweet and Facebook post upon execution of Sponsor Agreement
o Thank you and link to website on DSP Chat Newsletter
In addition, the following sponsorships include:
Platinum $7,000
Benefits:
o Glossy advertising insert within Institute padfolio given to all participants
o Branding at Keynote address including 1) signage with institution name inside and outside the event 2) video clip played upon entry 3) acknowledgement of sponsorship by presiding speaker
o Video clip presented along with other Gold and Platinum Sponsors before the remaining 3 plenary sessions
o Sponsorship signage at one concurrent session
o Full page ad in Institute Program
Gold $4,000
Benefits:
o Video clip presented along with other Gold and Platinum Sponsors before 3 Plenary Sessions
o Sponsorship signage at one concurrent session
o Full page ad in Institute Program
Silver $2,000
Benefits:
o Half page ad in the Institute Program.
Friends of the Institute $200
The “Friends of the Institute” sponsorship is available to recruiters and attendees alike and will include recognition on the Institute event sponsorship page and acknowledgement in the Institute Program.
Ads in Institute Program
If your institution will be attending the Institute as “Recruiter:”
• $250 for a full page (7½ in. X 9½ in. “no bleeds”)
• $150 for a half page (7½ in. X 4½ in. “no bleeds”)
If your institution will be attending the Institute as a guest.
• $350 for a full page (7½ in. X 9½ in. “no bleeds”)
• $200 for a half page (7½ in. X 4½ in. “no bleeds”)
If your institution will not be attending the Institute as a recruiter or guest.
• $550 for a full page (7½ in. X 9½ in. “no bleeds”)
• $300 for a half page (7½ in. X 4½ in. “no bleeds”)
There are 2 openings for a full-page color ad.
One ad on the Inside front cover and One on the Inside of the back cover. Cost: $750
