| Exhibit flooring/carpet is required for all exhibit booths. Flooring, furniture, electrical service, internet, audiovisual equipment, and additional booth furnishings may be ordered separately through the Exhibitor Service Kit. |

New Exhibitor Pavilion
A Streamlined Participation Option: The New Exhibitor Pavilion is designed for companies that have never exhibited with SHAPE America to introduce innovative products, services and solutions to the health and physical education community.
Located adjacent to the Active Play Gymnasium and Demo Playground, the New Exhibitor Pavilion provides a high-visibility environment designed to maximize attendee traffic and discovery while simplifying the exhibiting experience.
Eligibility Requirements
Participation is limited to organizations exhibiting at the SHAPE America National Convention & Expo for the first time.
SHAPE America reserves the right to verify eligibility and determine participation in the New Exhibitor Pavilion.

Participation in the New Exhibitor Pavilion is limited and subject to availability at time of reservation.
