*Please Note: Organizations must be able to illustrate proof of 501(c)(3) non-profit status or that they are a government agency in order to be eligible for the Government/Non-Profit Rates.  The Government/Non-Profit Rates will be automatically applied to your online exhibit space reservation.  To ensure that rates are applied correctly, please be sure to answer "Yes" to the question "Are you a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization or government agency?" on the Company Information (Private) page/step of the exhibit space application.

Deposits and Payments

  • Early Bird Rates: Minimum 50% non-refundable deposit due at time of booth space reservation.
  • Standard Rates: 100% non-refundable payment due at time of booth space reservation.

Credit Card Processing Fee Notice

A 3.5% processing fee will be applied to all payments made via credit card.  The Credit Card Processing Fee will be reflecte4d on your invoice and receipt.  This fee will not be applied to payments via ACH/Direct Deposit or check.  If you prefer to make payment via ACH/Direct Deposit or check, please select invoice as your payment method.  Instructions for both options will be outlined on your invoice.

Booth Flooring Notice

It is required that each exhibiting company have a floor covering for their booth which covers the ENTIRE booth space.  Exhibitors may bring their own (carpet, interlocking mats, etc.) or rent through SHAPE America's official general services contractor (Levy Exposition Services).  All floor coverings must be slip resistant.  Booths that do not have a floor covering before the show opens will have carpet placed in the booth at the exhibitor's expense.
