Sponsor Theater Presentation sessions are held in a dedicated 1,200 sq. ft. area directly on the exhibit floor, set theater-style for lecture or PowerPoint presentations. These 1-hour sessions offer organizations the opportunity to showcase their products and services in a learning environment. Sponsors can highlight best practices for the classroom setting, feature successful customer case studies, share proprietary research, as well as many other topics that are of interest to health and physical educators. 

Sponsor Benefits:

• Lead and facilitate a Sponsor Theater Presentation session on Wednesday, Thursday and/or Friday
• Distribution of promotional materials or resources to participating attendees
• Logo identification on signage displayed prior and during each session
• Logo identification on Sponsor Theater Presentation session descriptions shown in the Session Directories (online and the mobile app)
• Logo identification on the exterior wall of the theater

Coffee Talks are designed to be unscripted and informal networking conversations, bringing together small groups of educators to discuss a specific topic.  These 1-hour sessions will be hosted in roundtable areas throughout the exhibit hall between 9:30—10:30 a.m. Wednesday—Friday.

Coffee Talk Category Sponsor:  You'll be the exclusive category sponsor when you purchase the Wednesday, Thursday and Friday Coffee Talk in a single category.  Plus, you'll save $900!  As the Category Sponsor, you will have the opportunity to lead one (1) Coffee Talk discussion each day within your sponsored category (total of 3).  Additionally, you'll recieve one (1) double-sided branded meter sign for display in a high-traffic area of the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland. The discount will automatically be applied to your reservation.

• Opportunity to host/moderate one (1) Coffee Talk in your sponsored category on your selected day(s)
• Logo identification on signage displayed throughout the convention area promoting Coffee Talk topics and schedule
• Logo identification on table tents referencing the name of the individual Coffee Talk dedicated to sponsor's selected date and category
• Logo identification on Coffee Talk description for selected sponsor day, shown in the Session Directories (online and the mobile app)
• Sponsor responsible for selecting the topic/subtopics to be discussed, developing framing/topic tee-up for discussion and seed questions/prompts to keep conversation going
• These should not be formal presentations and no A/V equipment will be provided
• SHAPE America recommends a maximum of two (2) moderators per Coffee Talk

Add a bundle of Coffee Coupons to distribute to attendees and encourage them to participate in your sponsored Coffee Talk discussion.  You choose the quantity of coupons you wish to add.  Each coupon will include your logo and booth number (if applicable), along with messaging to enjoy a cup of coffee compliments of you!  SHAPE America will provide the coupons to you for distribution on site at the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland.

Reach attendees through this post-convention attendee satisfaction survey, designed to help SHAPE America gauge participation in the convention activities and identify areas for improvement or enhancement for future conferences. Sponsorship of the Attendee Satisfaction Survey includes an opportunity to provide up to three (3) company-focused survey questions, to include aggregate data on the answers provided within 2 weeks of the survey closing.  Your donated raffle prize(s) will incentive survey completion, ensuring strong attendee participation.
