Expo Dates and Schedule
Expo hours have been scheduled to provide maximum interaction between attendees and exhibitor personnel, including more than 6.5 hours of exclusive exhibit hall hours. In addition, the exhibit hall will be closed from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday to provide a lunch break for exhibit staff. If we find it necessary to alter expo hours, exhibitors will receive as much advance notice as possible.

In addition to the exclusive expo hours listed above, SHAPE America will be hosting Coffee Talks in the exhibit hall from 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Wednesday - Friday. These intimate, topic-based roundtable discussions will present additional opportunities for exhibitors to connect with attendees in new and different ways.
Setup and Dismantling
Display space will be available for setup at the following days and times. Please note that Wednesday hours are solely intended for touch-up.
