New Exhibitor Show Visibility Package

$500 | unlimited availability

Reserved exclusively for first-time SHAPE America convention exhibitors, this package is a no-brainer!  Participating exhibitors will receive a Standard Listing in one (1) issue of the Produce Spotlight Email, along with a variety of on-site and online visibility.  Learn more.

 #SHAPEseattle Scavenger Hunt Game

Reserve a game space in the Scavenger Hunt Game Book and drive traffic to your booth.  Visiting attendees will ask an exhibitor-provided question or perform an exhibitor-provided activity when visiting the booth to encourage meaningful interaction with your brand, products and resources.  Game spaces are available for $250; participating exhibitors have the option to donate a prize for the game prize drawing.  Half- and full-page ads are also available.  Learn more.

Product Spotlight Emails

Feature your brand to the HPE community before and after the convention.  The Product Spotlight Email series provides #SHAPEseattle exhibitors a way to showcase products directly to current and past convention attendees.  This is a great way to give a sneak peak at what you'll be featuring onsite.  Every spot includes a product photo, a description, company name and booth number, links to your website/product page, and an email address to your sales contact.  Options starting at $375 per email.  Learn more.

Random Acts of Kindness Postcards

Surprise and delight attendees! A branded Random Acts of Kindness postcard will be randomly inserted into 250 of the convention registration bags provided to attendees. Attendees receiving the postcard will scan the QR code on the postcard to enter their information and then visit your booth to receive their special gift! Guest Room Door Drops

Gain a competitive advantage by having a promotional piece delivered directly to attendees staying at either the Hyatt Regency Seattle or Sheraton Grand Seattle on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 or Thursday, March 30, 2023.  This is a unique opportunity to drive booth traffic, promote your sponsored session or share special offers available during the convention.  Limited availability; options range from $1,500-$3,400.  Learn more.

Door Prizes

Your door prize will be graphically represented on signage placed in high-traffic areas of The Summit Building.  Attendees will scan a QR code located on the signage to complete an entry form.  Door prizes winners will be posted on signage in the SHAPE America Resource Center on Wednesday and Thursday (2 prizes per day).  Limited availability; $250 + prize donation.  Learn more.

General Session Trivia Sponsor

Grab attention and entertain attendees with this series of sponsored trivia questions.  Up to six trivia questions will rotate on big screens in the General Session room during the 30 minutes preceding either the Opening or Closing General Session.  Your logo will appear on each trivia slide and you may provide 2 of the trivia questions.  Attendees will answer questions via the mobile app and one lucky winner will be announced, by you, from the stage.  $1,500 + prize donation; only 2 available.  Learn more.

Coffee Talk Sponsorships
