Expo Dates and Schedule

Expo hours have been scheduled to provide maximum interaction between attendees and exhibitor personnel, including more than 3 hours of exclusive exhibit hall hours; if we find it necessary to alter expo hours, exhibitors will receive as much advance notice as possible.

New for 2022! In addition to the exclusive expo hours listed above, SHAPE America will be hosting Coffee Talks in the exhibit hall from 9:45 - 10:45 a.m. Wednesday - Friday. These intimate, topic-based roundtable discussions will present additional opportunities for exhibitors to connect with attendees in new and different ways.

Setup and Dismantling

Display space will be available for setup at the following days and times.  Please note that Wednesday hours are solely intended for touch-up.

All exhibits must remain in place until 1:00 p.m. on Friday, April 29, 2022. Return of crates and packing cases and dismantling of exhibits will begin at that time.

All exhibitors that remain setup until the designated dismantle time on Friday, April 29, 2022 will receive $100 off your total contracted exhibit space for the 2023 SHAPE American National Convention & Expo in Seattle, WA, March 28 - April 1, 2023.

The SHAPE America National Convention & Expo is the leading professional development opportunity for health and physical education professionals - from pre-K-12 educators who teach our country's youth about the benefits of living a healthy, physically active lifestyle, to university professors who conduct much-needed research and teach our industry's future professionals.

For safety and liability reasons, children under sixteen (16) years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the exhibit areas and throughout the New Orleans Ernest  N. Morial Convention Center and Hilton Riverside.  Children under sixteen (16) years of age are not permitted in areas scheduled for move-in/out activities.

Confirmed exhibitors, sponsors and advertisers receive an Approved Confirmation email, which includes your user name and password for the Service Center.  This information may also be found in any issue of the #SHAPENOLA Show Bulletin, which is emailed monthly to all confirmed exhibitors and sponsors.

Exhibitors and sponsors may request meeting space to host social events (breakfasts, luncheons and receptions) during the 2022 SHAPE America National Convention & Expo.  All requests for meeting space must be made to the SHAPE America Events Management Office through a Social Events Application.

Meeting space is assigned on a first come, first-served basis to confirmed exhibitors and sponsors only, subject to availability.  Requests may be filled at either the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center or the Hilton Riverside.

Please note that SHAPE America's preferred method of payment is ACH/Direct Deposit.  See the FAQ regarding acceptable forms of payment for more information.

Exhibitors receive one (1) complimentary Full Convention registration AND three (3) Exhibit Hall Only passes per 100 sq. ft. of exhibit space reserved.  The chart below illustrates the quantities of each based on reserved square footage.
 

Sponsors receive a quantity of complimentary Full Convention registrations based on the level of sponsorship (determined by the total sponsorship investment).  The chart below illustrates the quantity for each sponsorship level.
 

Exhibitors and sponsors may purchase up to five (5) additional Full Convention registrations at a fifty percent (50%) discount off the non-member registration rate.  Please note that rates increase over time; book early to lock-in Early Bird Rates.

In addition, Exhibitors may purchase additional Exhibit Hall Only passes for $90 per pass.

Housing for the 2022 SHAPE America National Convention & Expo is handled exclusively by Maritz Global Events and may be arranged during the staff registration process.

Confirmed exhibitors and sponsors will receive an email communication when the Registration and Housing portal opens in mid-November 2021.  The email will include specific instructions on how to register staff and secure housing arrangements.  This information will also be posted in the Staff Registration and Housing section of the Service Center.
