Please join us for the SHAPE America 2021 Virtual National Convention & Expo April 13-17! This is your annual opportunity to engage with health and physical education professionals from across the country - and this year's virtual format gives you many opportunities to do so!
This year's attendees will have access to your booth 24 hours a day, giving them the flexibility to browse, day or night, and then engage with you in person during daily scheduled exhibit hall times. Gain meaningful leads to help grow your business and interact with attendees through asynchronous chat or video chat (available with Premium booths).
We have designed the virtual exhibit hall with you and your business in mind. Capture attention with engaging video footage, offer free downloadable resources, or lure attendees with exciting giveaways... the tools are there to help you engage with attendees the moment they enter your booth! And, you will remain top-of-mind long after the convention is over with the virtual exhibit hall remaining open for 45 days following the event!

Virtual Exhibit Hall Hours
The 2021 SHAPE America National Convention & Expo Virtual Exhibit Hall will open on Tuesday, April 13, 2021. Attendees will be able to visit participating exhibitors 24-hours a day throughout the event and for the 45 days immediately following, offering maximum exposure and opportunities for engagement with your brand. Throughout the week of the convention, attendees will be encouraged to visit the Virtual Exhibit Hall and we are dedicating 4 exclusive hours throughout the week that do not compete with other scheduled events.

NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES Nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations and government agencies that raise awareness through distribution of FREE education resources and DO NOT offer any items for sale are eligible to receive a 50% discount off the Standard Virtual Booth rate; discount does not apply for Premium Virtual Booths.
The Nonprofit Booth Discount will be automatically applied to your online virtual exhibit booth reservation. To ensure that your discount is applied, please be sure to answer "Yes" to the questions "Are you a 501(c)(3) organization or government agency?" and "Are you interested in purchasing a Nonprofit Booth?" on the Company Information (Private) page/step of the online exhibit space application.
