SHAPE America utilizes the exhibit hall entrance to create a "grand entrance" to the exhibit hall, while also capitalizing on prime real estate to recognize our generous sponsors and year-round partners, share the exhibit hall schedule and exhibitor directory, and promote the next year's conference dates/location.
The exhibit hall features two Activation Labs that are utilized throughout the convention to stage complimentary 20-minute exhibitor demonstrations. These "open-air" Activation Labs feature a 3' pipe and drape perimeter and are approximately 3,500 sq. ft.
Introduced at #SHAPETampa in 2019, the HPE Live! Lab is an in-hall meeting room that provides space for sponsors to present activity-based sessions during the convention. The space is constructed of braeloc and plexiglass to minimize noise from the hall during presentations. The inviting wide entrance area allows attendees to get a peak inside before entering. The room is set with limited perimeter seating to promote active, hands-on participation by attendees.
