DEADLINE for requests is February 1, 2026

Meeting space is assigned on a first-come basis; priority is given to NPF partners
Meeting space requires exhibiting and/or a sponsorship commitment to NPF 2026; if you are not an exhibitor or sponsor yet, please reach out Mary Guthrie to inquire about opportunities - mguthrie@npf.org
Rental fee for meeting space is $2500 per day; once your meeting request is approved, NPF will send an invoice for payment due upon receipt
Meeting space is at the Phoenix Convention Center and may be available at NPF's partnering hotels as well, depending on the request
Meeting room names will not be confirmed until after February 15, 2026
Affiliate meetings cannot be conducted during NPF education sessions
