Exhibitor Service Center

Here's what you need to do to prepare for Dealer Week:
1. Log into the exhibitor Service Center on the right to do the following:

• Pay your balance by September 30th. 
• Update your company description for the mobile app.
• Register your company personnel.

• Send your COI to sarah@mraa.com as soon as possible. This is required for everyone, and we cannot permit you to the show floor without it. If you need a vendor to help with this, please contact sales@rainprotection.net.  
  • Note MRAA's new address and REVIEW THESE REQUIREMENTS HERE.  Due September 30th.
• Prevent onsite issues and Review the Display Rules and Regulations. We are working to eliminate these frequent issues with flags, line of sight issues, etc. Please review thoroughly prior to designing.
• Place your exhibitor kit order by the discount deadline of November 13th! Exhibitor Kit items with AEX 
  (Required flooring/carpet, furniture, labor, shipping, material handling, etc. 
• Place your orders for any AV Items with AVGroup.
• Place orders for electrical with Edlen here.
• Order any hardline internet if you would like. MRAA provides basic wifi onsite for internet browsing/checking emails. If you need to stream video or large systems, it will be too slow. 
• If you are a 20x20 or larger:
  • Send your to-scale diagram for approval by October September 30th.
  • Place your order for rigging with Encore (optional).
  • If you have specialty move in (engines, boats, trailers, etc) you must complete your interview with AEX by September 30th. THIS IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR MOVE IN/OUT TIMES AND DAYS.
