

All payments must be made at the time of registration. MAPS accepts all major credit cards.
After October 22, 2025 with the start of standard registration, a group discount will be offered to any company paying for 5 or more attendees to attend the full conference. This discount of $200 toward each individual paid registration will be applied automatically after 5 attendees from your company have registered.
If a company registers their first 5 people (or more) at one time in a single transaction, then the group discount will be applied for all registrants.
Please note the group registration rate is determined by email address domain so work emails must be used to receive the discount.
Full conference registrants will be permitted to attend all educational sessions, exhibits, and networking events. Any of the Sunday MasterClass programs are available for an additional fee. Conference badges must be shown at all conference events.
One-day registrants will be permitted to attend the education sessions, exhibits, and networking events on the specific day for which they register.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR SUPER EARLY BIRD REGISTRATIONS
Registration Cancellation Deadline is March 1, 2026
Registration Cancellation Fee prior to Cancellation Deadline: $500 USD
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the above cancellation deadline unless we are unable to host the meeting as planned.
Need to reassign your registration to another colleague? A onetime Registration substitutions is allowed free of charge. If you need to transfer a registration please contact meetings@medicalaffairs.org. The last day to transfer your registration is March 1, 2026.
