MASTERCLASS REGISTRATION RATES
MAPS will be offering 3 individual MasterClasses in conjunction with the 2025 MAPS Americas Meeting. These class will run all day on Sunday, March 23, 2025, and will conclude on the morning of Monday, March 24, 2025, prior to the Opening Session of the 2025 MAPS Americas Meeting. 

All MasterClass attendees are welcome to attend the Opening Reception on Sunday night; however, if they wish to attend the rest of the MAPS Americas Meeting, they must register for the full meeting in addition to the MasterClass.

Attendees who register for a MasterClass and the full MAPS 2025 Americas Meeting save $350 on their MasterClass registration.

*MAPS defines Industry Attendees as those currently employed at a biopharmaceutical or MedTech company.
**Booth Staff will be permitted to work the booth and are welcome to all networking events in the Exhibit Hall, but they are not allowed to attend any meeting sessions.
***Non-Members who register for a MasterClass will receive 1 free year of MAPS Membership.

PAYMENTS

All payments must be made at the time of registration. MAPS accepts all major credit cards.

GROUP REGISTRATION

After December 21, 2024, a group discount will be offered to any company paying for 5 or more attendees to attend the full conference. This discount of $200 USD toward each individual paid registration will be applied automatically after 5 attendees from your company have registered.

If a company registers their first 5 people (or more) at one time in a single transaction, then the group discount will be applied for all registrants.

FULL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Full conference registrants will be permitted to attend all educational sessions, exhibits, and networking events. Any of the Monday MasterClass programs are available for an additional fee. Conference badges must be shown at all conference events.

ONE-DAY REGISTRATION

One-day registrants will be permitted to attend the education sessions, exhibits, and networking events on the specific day for which they register.

BOOTH REGISTRATION

Ideal for those registrants who will be staffing an exhibit booth and do not wish to attend educational events.

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

Exhibitors can register booth personnel within the Exhibitor Service Center using their username and password. Please contact Pedro Campa at pcampa@medicalaffairs.org if you have forgotten your username and password.

SPEAKER REGISTRATION

Speakers can register for the conference through the Session Service Center.

CONFIRMATION

Email confirmation of your online registration will be sent immediately upon processing. Please retain this confirmation for your records.

REGISTRATION CANCELATION DEADLINE 

Registration Cancelation Deadline: Friday, February 28, 2025

Registration Cancelation Fee prior to Cancelation Deadline: $400 USD

No refunds will be issued for cancelations received after the above cancelation deadline unless we are unable to host the meeting as planned.

Need to reassign your registration to another colleague? Registration substitutions are allowed, but there is a $100 charge. You can transfer your registration in the Attendee Service Center. The last day to transfer your registration is Friday, February 28, 2025.

AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT
