A physician by training and former Chief Medical Officer in the pharmaceutical industry, Dr. Bhatia brings over two decades of executive leadership experience in global medical affairs. Her career journey—from leading high-performing teams in industry to launching Ojas Vida, a wellness and leadership platform rooted in Ayurveda—embodies a bold new model of integrative leadership.

In this keynote, Dr. Bhatia will explore how Eastern healing wisdom and Western medical innovation can together unlock purpose-driven leadership, deepen team engagement, and promote organizational vitality. She will share personal stories and actionable insights on how mind-body practices, seasonal alignment, and root-cause thinking can elevate not just health outcomes, but the way we lead in life sciences.

Expect a powerful close to the conference—one that bridges head and heart, data and dharma.
