PAYMENTS:
All payments must be made at the time of registration. MAPS accepts all major credit cards.
Full conference registrants will be permitted to attend all educational sessions, exhibits and networking events. Any of the Sunday pre-conference programs are available for an additional fee. Conference badges are required to be shown at all conference events.
One Day registrants will be permitted to attend the education sessions, exhibits and networking events for that specific day.
After January 31st we will offer a group discount for any company who pays for 5 or more attendees to attend the Full Conference. This discount, $125 USD off each individual paid registration, will be automatically applied once at least five people from your company have registered.
If a company registers their first five (5) people, or more, at one time and in one transaction then the group discount will be applied for all registrants.

BOOTH REGISTRATION:
Ideal for those registrants who will be manning an exhibit booth and do not wish to attend educational events.
Exhibitors can register booth personnel within the Exhibitor Service Center by using their user name and password. Please contact Pedro Campa at pcampa@medicalaffairs.org if you have forgotten your user name and password.
Speakers can register for the conference through the Speaker Service Center. After December 15, 2023.
Email confirmation of your on-line registration will be sent immediately upon receipt. Please hold onto this confirmation for your records.
Registration Cancelation Fee prior to Cancelation Deadline: $200 USD
No refunds will be issued for cancelations received after the above cancelation deadline unless we are unable to host the meeting as planned.
Need to reassign your registration to another colleague? Registration substitutions are allowed at no charge. You can transfer your registration in the Attendee Service Center. The last day to transfer your registration is 19 April 2024.
