Poster Submission

The ACCESS 2023 Annual Conference Poster Program is an excellent opportunity for individuals to share research, findings, and achievements with peers from across the industry. Presenting a poster at ACCESS 2023 is a noteworthy way to share expertise or accomplishment in a specific area while contributing to the market access profession.
 

Special Recognition Award Competition

Attendees interested in participating in the Poster Special Recognition Award Competition have an opportunity to compete for a $500 award and a complimentary registration to ACCESS Europe 2023 OR ACCESS 2024 in the US. All posters will be uploaded and viewed by Annual Conference attendees during and after the meeting. All accepted posters will have their abstracts published in the official IMAS journal (Journal of Market Access & Health Policy).

Key Dates

• To be eligible for the ACCESS 2023 Special Recognition Award Competition, abstracts must be received by January 27, 2023
• After that date, abstracts may be submitted but will not be eligible for the Special Recognition Award. The deadline to submit abstracts for the Poster Program and not be considered for the Special Recognition Award competition is February 17, 2023.
• Acceptance notifications will be emailed February 22, 2023 with further instructions.
• Posters will be presented live at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach during one of two Poster Tour rotations on Wednesday, April 5, 2023. A select number of posters will be accepted for oral podium presentations to be held on Wednesday, April 5, 2023. Details and timing will be included in the acceptance notifications.
