Important Dates for Exhibitors 2025

August 1st - Exhibitor Service ‘Manual’
August 15th - Registration of exhibit staff begins using the eShow Exhibitor Service Center
September 1st - Registration for Invited Customer Vouchers will open
October 1st - Deadline to submit your exhibitor description for the final program, using the eShow Exhibitor Service Center
October 24th - Early Bird deadline to order lead retrieval equipment from eShow
October 28th - Shipments may begin arriving at the Barton Services warehouse
November 6th - Deadline to order furniture from Barton Services to get the advance order discount
November 10th - Last day to order furniture from Barton
November 10th - Deadline to cancel lead retrieval equipment orders from eShow. Cancellation penalties may still apply.
November 13th - Deadline for advance shipments to Barton Services without a late delivery surcharge
