8' x 10' booth - $3600 Booths do not come with any furniture, however, if you are interested, you can request an un-draped 5' table and wheeled chairs at no additional cost.
6' Tabletop - $2350 Tabletop exhibits include a table, 2 chairs and a wastebasket. Exhibitor Package Extras All exhibit spaces include: 4 exhibitor registrations for your personnel which give them access to the technical sessions at the Symposium Invited customer vouchers to allow 10 of your customers to attend the exposition for free Additional customer vouchers are available for a reduced price ($50) Exhibitors can request the preregistration and post-show attendee lists A variety of sponsorship and advertising opportunities are available to exhibiting companies Exhibit hours for the 2025 show are as follows: Monday, November 17th 10:00am to 6:30pm Tuesday, November 18th 10:00am to 5:30pm Wednesday, November 19th 10:00am to 1:00pm The 2025 EAS venue will be the Crowne Plaza Princeton - Conference Center in Plainsboro, NJ. Ideally located due to its proximity to scientific industry, this facility allows the Exposition, Technical Program, and Short Courses to all be housed under one roof. The exposition, which consists of a combination of tabletop displays and standard booths, will be located in main floor rooms Wilson, Madison, and Lakeside Terrace Ballroom, as well as, the conference center lower level. EAS remains committed to analytical chemists and those in the allied sciences in the northeastern United States. The floor plan of our venue provides each attendee the opportunity to meet with vendors in a more intimate setting, in contrast to large, impersonal event spaces. It also allows our vendors ample space to display their latest in analytical instrumentation, supplies, and services.
