Register for a booth or tabletop exhibit for the 2023 EAS today and receive additional benefits included in your exhibitor package. All exhibit spaces include 4 exhibitor registrations for your personnel which give them access to most events at the Symposium. EAS also provides each exhibitor with invited customer vouchers to allow 6 of your customers to attend the exposition for free and additional customers to attend for a reduced price ($50). Exhibitors also have free access to the pre-registrants' list and post-show attendees' lists. Additionally, exhibitors have a variety of sponsorship and advertising opportunities available. 8' x 10' booth - $3150 Booths do not come with any furniture, however, if you are interested an undraped 5' table and wheeled chairs for free you can request them during registration. 6' Tabletop - $2100 Includes a table and 2 chairs Exhibit hours for the 2023 show are as follows: Monday, November 13th 10:00am to 6:30pm Tuesday, November 14th 10:00am to 5:30pm Wednesday, November 15th 10:00am to 3:00pm The 2023 EAS venue will be the Crowne Plaza Princeton - Conference Center in Plainsboro, NJ. This modern facility, located close to a large concentration of analytical chemists and scientists, allows us to hold the exposition, technical program, and short courses all under one roof. The exposition, which consists of a combination of tabletop displays and standard booths, will be located in the Wilson Room, Madison Room, Stockton B & C, and Lakeside Terrace Ballroom all located on the main floor of the convention center. EAS remains committed to analytical chemists and those in the allied sciences in the northeastern United States. We are very excited about our new venue, which permits our vendors to display the latest in analytical instrumentation, supplies, and services in a beautiful modern facility.
