APPLICATION for EXHIBIT SALES
Request your booth or tabletop for the 2022 EAS today. Once your application has been approved and you have been assigned a firm location, you can then access the Exhibitor Service Center to take advantage of the management and preparation tools offered to ensure a successful event! The 2022 EAS venue will be the Crowne Plaza Princeton - Conference Center in Plainsboro, NJ. This modern facility, located close to a large concentration of analytical chemists and scientists, allows us to hold the exposition, technical program, and short courses all under one roof. The exposition, which consists of a combination of tabletop displays and standard booths, will be located in the Wilson Room, Madison Room, and Lakeside Terrace Ballroom all on the first floor, as well as Waterfront and Bridgeview, located on the lower level. EAS remains committed to analytical chemists and those in the allied sciences in the Northeastern United States. We are very excited about our new venue, which permits our vendors to display the latest in analytical instrumentation, supplies, and services in a beautiful modern facility. All exhibit spaces include four exhibitor registrations for your personnel, invited customer vouchers to allow your customers to attend the exposition for free or at a reduced cost, and free access to the pre-registrants' list and post-show attendees' list. 8' x 10' booth - $3150 Booths do not include any furniture 6' Tabletop - $2100 Includes a table and 2 chairs Exhibit hours for the 2022 show are as follows: Monday, November 14th 10:00am to 6:30pm Tuesday, November 15th 10:00am to 5:30pm Wednesday, November 16th 10:00am to 4:00pm
