Senior care providers operating outside of the state of Maryland may qualify for member rates if:
• Your parent company is a member of the LifeSpan Network (all Maryland communities in the corporate portfolio are members of LifeSpan & are in good standing) AND;
• Your community is a current member of AHCA, NCAL and/or Argentum through your state's affiliated association.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is required in writing to kbernetti@lifespan-network.org within the following time frame: Cancellations received by August 31, 2025 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued if cancellation is received after August 31, 2025. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. Cancellations by phone will not be accepted. Registrations may be transferred.
