Don't get scammed
As always at the LifeSpan conference, exhibitors will receive a copy of the registrant list one month ahead of the show so you can make personal invitations to connect. Offers you receive to purchase the registration list are not legitimate.

Cancelation of Booth Space Policy

All requests for cancelation of exhibit space must be made in writing and shall become effective upon receipt by LifeSpan Network. Request for cancelation must be made to Kathy Bernetti at kbernetti@lifespan-network.org. Exhibitor agrees to pay the following as liquidated damages (and not as a penalty) if the Exhibitor cancels its exhibit space:

  • If written notice of cancelation is received by Lifespan on or before June 15, 2024, LifeSpan will retain or shall be owed a cancelation fee of $150
  • If written notice of cancelation is received by LifeSpan on or after June 16 but before August 1, 2024 LifeSpan will retain or shall be owed a cancelation fee equal to 50% of the total exhibit fee plus a $150 processing fee
  • If written notice of cancelation is received by LifeSpan on or after August 2, 2024, LifeSpan will retain or shall be owed a cancelation fee equal to 100% of the total exhibit fee.
The above cancelation fee terms shall apply regardless of the execution date of this Agreement. See Exhibitor Rules and Regulations for additional policy information.
