Meeting Space Rental

NEED A QUIET SPACE FOR ONSITE MEETINGS FOR 20 PEOPLE OR FEWER?

AUSA will offer “pop-up” meeting space at the Von Braun Center for groups of 20 or fewer. These requests can be made at the registration desk starting on Monday, 23 March at 1300. 

Pop-up meeting space may only be reserved for a max of 1 hour. Food/beverage service is not available in these rooms and reserving parties must supply their own AV. The rooms are set in a standard configuration and cannot be changed. By requesting a room, you are agreeing to the Pop-Up Guidelines. Questions regarding pop-up meeting rooms can be sent to GlobalReg@ausa.org.

All other meeting spaces are SOLD OUT.

To start the reservation process, please search for your company.  If your company does not appear, you can create a new record.  Please note that by creating a new record, you will be charged the Nonmember rate for booth space.

If you have more than one membership type (National Partner, Community Partner 5 or 10), please select the National Partner record. 
Community Partners: Your membership level must be Level 5 or Level 10 to receive the discounted rate.
