Exhibitor Registration & Housing sites are open
All exhibitor packages include two complimentary registrations. Each person attending will need to create a free AAPS profile to register. Please use code SSFEXPO26 to register up to two booth staff.
Housing: AAPS has secured a room rate of $229/night at the Hilton Columbus Downtown for all registrants. If you need assistance, please contact Meetings@aaps.org.
Visa Information
If your team is in need of a visa, the U.S. International Visitors Office (IVO) recommends travelers apply for a visa at least three months before the meeting because some consulates may have backlogs in scheduling visa interviews. Applicants should first contact the consulate to find out how long the wait is for an interview. Further information on business visas can be found at the DOS Business Visa Center Website and at the IVO website. Please note that AAPS is not affiliated with and has no relationship with the U.S. International Visitors Office. The information above regarding visa delays is the suggested process by IVO.
AAPS will provide visa letters to anyone who is registered for the meeting. Registrants whose visa requests are denied will received a full refund. Registrants must email helpdesk.aaps@goeshow.com and provide documentation of the denial for the refund to be processed.
