To request a booth and/or sponsorship opportunity for the upcoming conference, please follow the instructions below.

Instructions to Request Booth or Sponsorship Opportunity:

1. Search our database by entering your company name and clicking the "SEARCH" button. If your company has exhibited at SSF in the past, your company name will be found in the database. 
   • If you believe your company has participated in the past and your company name does not appear in the search results, contact the AAPS Business Development Team at BD@AAPS.org
2. Verify or update the administrative booth contact information for your company.
3. Enter the information to be published on the official website/app.
4. Complete the questions regarding your exhibiting preferences.
5. Indicate the amount of booth space you desire and purchase additional opportunities to enhance your visibility.
6. Enter payment information and click submit.
7. An email confirmation of your contract submission will automatically be sent via email to the booth coordinator from bd@aaps.org

Now, click "START" to submit your request for booth and sponsorship opportunities.
