Do I have to register for a badge? Yes, everyone has to register to attend the event. No one is automatically registered. Please make sure that you register correctly! Exhibitor Badge: Your company has an exhibit space and you will need to access the booth outside of open exhibit hall hours. Exhibitor badges also give you access to the Professional Sessions. Attendee: Your company does have an exhibit space and you do not need to work at booth.
What comes with the purchase of the booth space? No furnishings are included in the purchase of the booth space. Please see the RPM Kit for your furnishing and electrical needs.
Who do I contact to have a hanging sign above my booth? Hanging signs are only permitted above island booths or in-line booths that are against a wall. Please contact Encore, information in the RPM Exhibitor Kit.
What is RPM's discount deadline for Furnishings? The Deadline is 3/26. info@RPMxpo.com
How do I access the hall for set-up before Registration is open? You can get wristbands at the RPM Service Desk or at Security located outside of each exhibit hall.
Are children allowed in the Exhibit Hall? Yes, children are allowed in the exhibit hall during open hall hours. No children are allowed in the hall during set-up and tear-down.
When does Registration & Housing Open? 7/30. If your company has not paid for their exhibit space you will not be able to access Registration or Housing.
