If you have ever attended an AAAA event or been a member, you have an Army Aviation Association of America (AAAA) Record Number. Please refer to your registration e-mail or call 203-268-2450. Following the housing cutoff of April 3, 2023, please contact the hotel directly for any additions, changes or cancelations to your hotel stay.

What You Can Expect:
  • You are required to Register to make a Hotel Reservation. During the registration process you will be asked to make your reservation if required.
  • No code is needed for an Attendee to make a hotel reservation
  • You may register onsite or with your own personal device
  • Further updates will be emailed to you as required
  • Hotel confirmation numbers will be provided 3 weeks out from the show dates and will remain pending until then

Security/Fraud

AAAA will not contact you via phone or email to book your hotel room(s) or offer you a “special discounted conference rate.” Please disregard any calls or emails you may receive as they are fraudulent. When housing opens for any of our events, we send out an email notice with a link.


AIR ASSAULT CHAPTER GOLF TOURNAMENT

When: Tuesday, April 25, 2023, Shotgun start 0730 (morning) and 1330 (afternoon)

Registration for sponsorships will open on 28 NOV 2022. Registration for individual golfers will open on 5 DEC 2022. Registration for both will be on ez register at http://2023aaaagolftournament.ezregister.com
