You must register for the Drone Competition in order to be able to book your housing. When registering, you'll be asked if you'd like to also book your hotel stay at that time.

Registration does not close. You may register all the way up until the end of the show.

Space on the drone range is limited. You must be on a competing team or a premium exhibitor registrant.

Parking at the drone range is extremely limited. Shuttles will be provided to and from the range each day

The Huntsville Marriott at the Space and Rocket Center has a large parking lot for guests at $12.00 per night. Local daily drive-in's get free parking.

Shuttle buses will be provided for transportation to and from the drone range each day. Onsite parking at the range is limited.

There will be a variety of food trucks available to choose from at the drone range to enjoy for lunch each day.

Registration changes or cancellations can be made online until the posted cutoff date - January 23rd – after that, no refunds will be issued. Cancellations prior to that date, will receive a full refund credited to the original card used for payment. Membership fees and Scholarship donations are nonrefundable. Substitutions are not allowed.

Once housing has closed, you will receive a confirmation email from the hotel . After receiving the confirmation email, please contact the hotel directly for any changes or cancellations to your hotel stay.

Cancellation penalties are subject to the individual hotel's cancellation policy.

Yes, you can Download AAAA Events app to Access 26Drone approximately 3 weeks prior to the show dates.

UAH Drone Range: Military: OCP (recommend cold weather gear); Civilian: Outdoor Adventure Casual for all weather conditions (cold, rain); closed toe shoes, pants, rain jacket, umbrella, water bottle, sunscreen etc.
