CCAD Industrial Tour

CORPUS CHRISTI ARMY DEPOT INDUSTRIAL TOUR REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Tour registration and request for base access must be submitted to the CCAD Protocol Office no later than 27 November to allow for Naval Air Station Corpus Christi vetting procedures and planning for on-post shuttle transportation to and from the on-base rally point. Space is limited.
Once tour capacity is reached, you will be placed on a waiting list.

TOUR REGISTRATION: Send an email with “LGJ Tour Request” in subject line to:
LENGTH OF TOUR: The actual tour will last approximately 2.5 hours.

SECURITY REQUIREMENT: Due to security requirements, participation in the CCAD Industrial Tour is limited to U.S. citizens only.

CCAD is a tenant organization on-board NASCC and falls under Department of the Navy base security requirements. Luther G. Jones Army Aviation Forum attendees who wish to participate in the CCAD tour 5 December 2023 are required to gain base access.

TRANSPORTATION: Participants in the Luther Jones Forum Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD) Industrial Tour are responsible for their own transportation to and from the installation. 

RALLY POINT: Please allot enough time to pass through NASCC base security, as shuttles will depart from the on base rally point location at designated time.

All registered Depot Industrial Tour participants must be present at the designated rally point aboard Naval Air Station Corpus Christi (NASCC) -- no later than 8:45 a.m. on 5 December 2023 to begin the tour.

Depot Industrial Tour participants will be shuttled back to the rally point by 11:45 a.m.

U.S. GOVERNMENT IDs: United States federal government-issued identification card holders (i.e., DoD civilian and contractor common access cards, active military, military dependents, retirees, and retiree dependents) are allowed to access the installation without formal government sponsorship.

GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE SPONSORSHIPS: Federal government employees with valid issued identification and ID card holders previously mentioned (with the exception of government contractors) are allowed to sponsor others' entry to the installation as long as the visitor has a government-issued identification and is accompanied by the government employee.

Attendees without appropriate federal government-issued identification cards, and who are not being escorted by a federal government issued ID card holder, must request clearance to access the installation by filling out the Naval Air Station Corpus Christi (NASCC) Guest Sponsorship Request Form.
