Registration Rates

What You Can Expect:

• During the registration process you will be asked to make your reservation if needed.
• No code is needed for an Attendee to make a hotel reservation
• Registration will remain open through show dates and onsite
• No food events (Lunches or Scholarship Dinner) will be available to those who register after October 24, 2023. If you purchase a Full Registration after October 24, Lunch will not be included.

You will have the opportunity to become a member during registration. Actual prices will only show in the cart. Membership fees will not be refunded if you cancel your registration.

Dress Code

Attendees: Military – Duty Uniform; Civilian – Business Attire
Panel Members and Speakers: Military – Duty Uniform; Civilian – Coat & Tie
Scholarship Benefit Dinner Dance: Casual - 1960's and 70's inspired!

Security/Fraud

AAAA will not contact you via phone or email to book your hotel room(s) or offer you a “special discounted conference rate.” Please disregard any calls or emails you may receive as they are fraudulent. When housing opens for any of our events, we send out an email notice with a link.
