IMPORTANT:  If you have ever attended an AAAA event or been a member, you have an Army Aviation Association of America (AAAA) Record Number. Please refer to your registration e-mail or call 203-268-2450.

       

Registration Rates  

What You Can Expect:

• You are required to Register to make a Hotel Reservation. During the registration process you will be asked to make your reservation if required. (Housing and Tickets Closed 8/14/24)
• No code is needed for an Attendee to make a hotel reservation
• Registration will remain open through show dates and onsite
• Further updates will be emailed to you as required.

You will have the opportunity to become a member during registration. Actual prices will only show in the cart. Membership fees will not be refunded if you cancel your registration.

Dress Code

Attendees: Military – Duty Uniform; Civilian – Business Attire
Panel Members and Speakers: Military – Duty Uniform; Civilian – Coat & Tie
 

Security/Fraud

AAAA will not contact you via phone or email to book your hotel room(s) or offer you a “special discounted conference rate.” Please disregard any calls or emails you may receive as they are fraudulent. When housing opens for any of our events, we send out an email notice with a link.
