Cancellation Policy
Registration changes or cancellations can be made online until the posted cutoff date of August 22th through the Attendee Service Center. Cancellations prior to that date, will receive a full refund. Membership fees and Scholarship Donations are nonrefundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after the posted cutoff date. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment. Substitutions are not allowed. Please cancel registration and register new participant.
